My friend Carl Schmidt did some training on our smallholding for folks wanting to learn more about this way of farming. It was a great day even thought the midges were very bad and biting some of the folk.

This was followed up by training in our prayer room in the stable complex. I did a barbie of “Boerewors”, a spicy South African sausage and we had then on rolls afterwards. It was really great to host this and use the property in such a productive way.
