One of the people I follow on twitter is Richard Bosman @bosmanrichard and he tweeted that he was running a charcuterie course and had one seat available due to a cancellation. Grabbed it with both hands, surprising and spoiling myself all at the same time lol.
So off I went not knowing what to expect. Arrived to a smoker being opened and everything smelling of lovely smoked meat and being offered proper coffee (expresso machine, he is also a great barista) all at the same time.
That set the tone for a fantastic day with a great guy.

It was really great, we came away with our own bacon and sausage as well as much more passion for good food and pasture reared meat. Feel free to contact Richard at http://www.richardbosman.co.za/ for great meat products. They rock!
Thank you Richard for a great day and being so generous with your knowledge and expertise.
